Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2026, for the Runway for Hope event benefiting the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation. The Foundation is celebrating its 25th Anniversary and we will highlight memories over the past 25 years.
The Runway for Hope event is held at The Westin Galleria Edina features an upscale fashion show and reception with raffle, silent and live auctions, appetizers, Showcase Vendors, while raising funds for Minnesota breast cancer patients.
CeCe Gaines, Traffic Anchor and Reporter, will be the program Emcee. She's a three-time Emmy-winning journalist who serves as the Traffic Anchor and Reporter for KARE-11 Sunrise and as Anchor for KARE 11 News at Noon since 2021. Prior she anchored the morning and midday newscasts at KBJR 6 in Duluth, MN. A graduate of Bethel University, Gaines was honored with the school’s “4 Under 40” Alumni Award in 2022. She is passionate about connecting with audiences, telling authentic stories, and mentoring the next generation of journalists.
The fashion show features fashion and looks showcasing today’s trends by Grant Whittaker Creative, with breast cancer patients walking the runway and sharing their story. Returning fashion show co-emcees are Grant Whittaker and Madeline Nachbar, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine’s trend and style editor. Following the show, attendees enjoy exclusive shopping experiences and dining at the Galleria shops.
We are excited that the Galleria is producing the Runway for Hope show, and all looks are being provided by Galleria retailers. Come check out the latest trends for the season!
Arrive at the opening reception and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, a mimosa or a mocktail while doing some on-site shopping with vendors, and get your group photo. Following the reception, get seated in the ballroom and enjoy an exciting fund-to-need auction hosted by the one and only Karen Sorbo, watch an amazing fashion show, and hear from the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation as we raise funds to support MN breast cancer patients. Post-event, enjoy in-store shopping and dining at Galleria shops and restaurants.
