Cindy Haas Board Member

As Senior Vice President of Private Banking at Gateway Bank, Mendota Heights, MN Cindy has 40 years of successful experience within the financial services industry. She oversees customized portfolio services for high net-worth clients and advises them toward reaching their goals through investment products and lending services. She is a graduate of the Minnesota Banker’s Association Consumer banking school.

Cindy has a leadership background that has led her to driving change and improvement as a dedicated volunteer in both professional associations and non-profits. She recently served on the MN State Board of the American Cancer Society for 4 years as a member of the Patient Support Committee for Hope Lodge and a member and Co-Chair of the ResearcHERS fundraising event. With her mother successfully fighting her own battle with breast cancer over 30 years ago, Cindy had a desire to give back and make an impact to end cancer as we know it.

Cindy also served on the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 8 years as Chairwoman, Co-Founder and Chair of the WomEn’s Leadership Forum and in many other capacities. She continues to be an active member of the Chamber today.

Cindy was an involved member of Financial Women International for 16 years. She generously served on the Financial Women International (FWI) Board of Directors and its Foundation for 15 years as an International Foundation Chair, Vice-Chair, and Trustee and as Vice President and Director on the Association Board.

Cindy continues to play an active role in her community by engaging in numerous events and fundraising efforts.

Cindy resides in Eagan, MN with her husband and has 2 adult children and 3 delightful grandchildren.
