Come and meet our good friend Chef Sam Choy. The undisputed “godfather of poke.” The man that single-handedly took a humble Hawaiian staple and introduced it to the world and made it what it is today.
Join Sam and the rest of The Aloha Chefs Twin Cities for a day of fun, lots of food, beach vibe drinks and a great cause.
THE CAUSE: A fundraising effort to benefit Hope Chest For Breast Cancer Foundation. A portion of the days proceeds will directly benefit a Twin Cities family in need of assistance due to breast cancer.
