CeCe Gaines Board Member

CeCe Gaines is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and Minnesota native, currently anchoring and reporting for KARE 11. Before coming to KARE, Gaines was the morning and midday anchor at KBJR 6 in Duluth. She was awarded two Upper Midwest Emmys for her work at KBJR 6. CeCe was also a Journalism student at Bethel University.

She is passionate about connecting communities through storytelling and highlighting issues that impact families across Minnesota. Serving at Hope Chest’s Emcee for the Annual Wine and Dine Event for the last 2 years, CeCe brings a media and communications perspective, supporting the organization’s storytelling, visibility, and engagement with the broader community.
