Erin Neils Board Secretary

Erin Neils serves as the General Counsel at Egan Company, a specialty subcontractor located in Champlin, Minnesota. Since joining in 2015, Erin has adeptly managed all legal matters for the company, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise. Her legal acumen and dedication to excellence earned her the prestigious In-House Counsel Award from Minnesota Lawyer in April 2023, and she was subsequently named to the Construction & Real Estate Law Power 30 List by Minnesota Lawyer in May 2024. Beyond her professional achievements, Erin is deeply committed to community outreach. She has been instrumental in Egan Company’s partnership with Lake Street Works, a local community organization, and actively participates in various initiatives to support and uplift the community. Erin is also a prominent figure in the legal community, serving as a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section Council.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Erin has also overcome personal challenges. In 2019, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent successful treatment. She stays busy with her three kids who are active in the Orono sports community and in her free time, enjoys running with her family dogs.
